Jack, MiYoung, Dale, Trevor, Andrea, and Daniel all together after dinner.
Mr. Bluepants

It’s been so hot and humid that even the lego needs to be outside.
A Nice Saturday

Our day began in Stewiacke.

Our next stop was Stewiacke Valley Museum.

Jeff and Sara pose outside the Selma School Cultural Centre.

By 4:30 we were too late to explore the inside of this heritage building in Lower Selma. The exterior was interesting.

Photograph taken through a pair of BluBlockers sunglasses. Remember BluBlockers?

The day ended with good eats and great company at the Shillelagh House. Greatest Fish & Chips on Earth. Pictured L-R: Tara, Jon, Andrea, Sara (with her Farmer’s Market carrots) and Jeff.

New Sink and Countertop (thanks Dad!)

Old countertop

Old sink and faucet

With the new countertop in place, Dad proceeds to cut out the hole for the sink. Measure twice. Cut once!

Final touches to the new opening

Sink and faucet install. Plumbing connected. Kitchen a mess.

Yahoo new countertop!

New sink and faucet. Now… to paint all the cupboards.
Photoshop Fun

Quick attempt at an early 20th century feel.

Good ole 1950’s magenta vintage

In this modern day version I enhanced the sky a wee bit and removed the two satellite dishes. I don’t think Opa installed those anyhow. See the original post here.
Strawberries

I have not been posting much because I have been too busy eating berries.
Man

I like LEGO.
